Commitment
We believe that a majority of donations should be applied to the causes, and not to charity overhead. Other organizations spend $.50-$.80 per dollar donated on overhead (US average) while we strive to be less than $.20 per donation.

Cognigence provides a unique system of gifting a portion of equity of invested opportunities back to donors versus just offering t-shirts and tote bags. We will invest, both directly and indirectly, in companies that are working to support our mission. Our goal is to have as much of our donations go to the funding cause, and to provide transparency for donors into what is being invested in, the progress, and to be able to provide a gift of shares back to the donors.
